HOW FACIAL YOGA CHANGED ME, MY LIFE PATH AND MY FACE
A few years ago I started to feel like I was drifting along, not making the most of my life at all and it was driving me crazy!
When I started experiencing pre-menopausal symptoms, I started to search for something holistic and natural to improve my well-being.
I believed there was something other than traditional medicine or putting up with my ongoing discomfort and lack of energy. I had enough of hot flushes, fatigue day and night, a bad mood, a drained face, and loss of sparkle in my eyes.
In search of the fountain of youth, I started to pay more attention to something that crossed my path years ago and this was FACE YOGA. Honestly, it's the best thing that could have happened to my well-being and also to my face.
Here I am at the age of 54. My skin is healthy, and glowing, I don't have deep mimic wrinkles, and I feel incredibly good!
I firmly believe that facial yoga works wonders. Both external and internal. I want to share this valuable practice with you so that you feel even more beautiful, radiant and youthful.
