With your free access, you’ll begin with the opening 3 days of the retreat. These sessions introduce the way we work with facial and neck muscles, helping you awaken areas that are often tense or under-used, and begin practicing with intention and awareness.
Rather than random exercises or quick fixes, the retreat follows a method that builds consistency, coordination, and confidence in your practice — so face yoga becomes something you can actually maintain over time.
